In early 2021 two long-term friends and strategic alliance partners teamed up to form a new endeavor  specifically focused on wellness tourism, travel and events. We love it, live it, and want to share what we it all with you! RETHINK FIT Travel, LLC is a dynamic partnership between two women-owned businesses - (Ivonka Knight) CIG Travel Agency and (Lisa Meller) Meller Performance Events Group - to combine our wealth of resources and expertise. With our amazing collaborative team, we provide wellness-minded clientele with luxury leisure travel and customized retreats, events, meetings, and incentives. With over 20 years each in the industry, we specialize in travel and in professional event production. Because we believe in personal wellness, we proudly partner with the RethinkFIT Social Initiative to provide education, resources and encouragement to those seeking to improve individual health in mind, body and spirit.

​Creator, speaker, builder, leader and planner, Lisa is the inspiration for the brand! For nearly 20 years she 's been an award-winning professional  event designer and manager  with a passion for purpose-driven events.  An active World and National Champion Masters Diving athlete, coach, and wellness lifestyle enthusiast, she embraces experiences and loves to play! She's a trusted go-to for outstanding domestic & international group events, retreats, meetings and incentives.  She hardly sits still and thrives on activity.

IVONKA KNIGHT, CIS, MCC, CMP

Chief Travel Advisor

Ivonka was born to travel and is always on the move, often globe-trotting and exploring destinations for first-hand experience. She is a luxury leisure travel guru with a pile of certifications and resources. Ivonka knows where to go and when! She loves adventure travel, hiking, cruising, and healthy eating. She also brings to our team incredible experience in managing leisure and business group travel as well as events.

For over 18 years, Juliane has been creating bespoke experiential events for some of the world’s top brands . With a passion for  personal travel, logistics, execution and destination management, Juliane has a flair for producing avant-garde programs. She embraces digital technology and social media to develop dynamic strategies and tactics for event marketing.  Juliane loves to hike, explore the world, and stay active! She has boundless energy - a huge asset to all!
